About
A practice, not a programme.
Sthiti (sthi-tee)— Sanskrit for the stable position from which true power emerges. Not the power of grasping. The power of being.
Sthiti is a daily practice for people who want to live more wisely on their own terms. Institutions, teachers, and communities all have their place — but this practice is simply yours. It begins and ends with the day in front of you.
The substance is older than any of us. Plain ideas about attention, honesty, restraint, kindness, courage. Ideas that turn up wherever humans have thought carefully about how to live — the contemplative traditions, the philosophical schools, modern cognitive science.
Our craft is two things only: re-tell those ideas in plain language for a digitally-fluent adult who is busy and skeptical, and help you apply one small piece of one of them to the day in front of you.
Sources & acknowledgments
The first season of Sthiti draws substantially on teachings from the Brahma Kumaris tradition, with permission via our relationship with 3imoox in collaboration with BK Australia. We honour the original founders — Dada Lekhraj, Dadi Janki, and the women who carried the work for decades — as people who lived and taught these ideas with unusual care.
Sthiti is not an official Brahma Kumaris product and does not represent any official BK position. We have re-framed the substance for a digital audience that is unlikely to find its way to traditional spiritual channels. Any failures in that translation are ours, not the source’s.
As Sthiti grows we will widen the well — drawing also on Stoic, Christian contemplative, cognitive-science, and indigenous wisdom traditions, each cited transparently.
A project of 3imoox foundation
Sthiti is a project of 3imoox foundation, not a private startup — a public-benefit foundation. Most of what we do, around nine-tenths, is provided as a service: free, mission-funded, available to anyone who is willing to take ownership of their own growth.
Concretely: the daily jewel and the evening check-in are free, forever. The deeper layer — the personalised oracle, the spaced retrieval that revisits what mattered to you, your private wisdom library — is paid. More on how that works.
