Sthiti is a project of 3imoox foundation (a Dutch foundation) (“we”, “us”). By using Sthiti you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What Sthiti is — and isn’t

Sthiti is a daily reflective practice: a short reading and a small, practical way to bring it into your day. It is for general wellbeing and personal growth.

It is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological, or mental-health advice, and it is not a crisis service. Using it does not create a therapeutic or professional relationship. Nothing in Sthiti should be used in place of advice from a qualified professional. If you may be in crisis or at risk, please use the support on our urgent help page or contact your local emergency services.

Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old to use Sthiti. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so there is no password to manage. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can close your account at any time from your account page.

Free and paid features

The daily jewel and the evening check-in are free. The personal layer — the personalised Oracle and related features — is paid, and may be offered with a free trial. Pricing, what each plan includes, and how billing and cancellation work are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

Using it well

Please use Sthiti for your own genuine practice. In particular, please don’t: reach it through automated or bulk means, scrape it, or place unreasonable load on it; try to get around the paywall, rate limits, or our security; reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or sublicense any part of it; try to reach data that isn’t yours; or use it to harm others.

If the service is being misused, we may suspend or close the account involved. Where it is practical and not a security or legal risk, we’ll tell you why first. If we close a paid account for misuse, we’ll refund any period you have already paid for but not used, unless the law allows us not to.

The readings draw on teachings from the Brahma Kumaris tradition, re-framed with permission, alongside other wisdom traditions — see About & Sources. What you write remains yours; you grant us only the permission needed to process and store it so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranties, and our liability

Sthiti is provided “as is”. The guidance is general and may not fit your situation; decisions you make are your own.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from your use of Sthiti. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the rights you have under the consumer law that applies where you live.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where the foundation is based, without limiting the protections of any mandatory law that applies where you live. We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, tell you.
